Relate is the country's largest provider of relationship support, helping 150,000 people Every year, across all relationship areas. One of the greatest barriers to people seeking their support was a lack of knowledge and trepidation associated with counselling.
How we helped
The brand needed to be more friendly, informal and approachable. The new visual identity positions Relate at ‘the heart of a thriving society' with a more friendly, informal and relevant image and a warm, supportive, non-judgmental language. We translated the identity into brand guidelines and implemented it across key marketing materials, including a domestic violence campaign.
