Blind Children UK

Joining up with Guide Dogs to help more children and young people with sight loss

What was keeping them
awake at night?

National Blind Children’s Society was a tiny charity doing great things. With next to no marketing or fundraising capacity, almost no-one had ever heard of them, limiting their financial stability and stifling their ability to grow.

Joining Guide Dogs would help overcome this and help Guide Dogs extend into broader mobility services.

How we helped

The bold, direct, Blind Children UK name overturned its stuffy image, grabbing attention from new audiences, and we developed a brand narrative out of its active, hands-on spirit. The visual brand evokes the hopefulness the charity brings into lives and the playfulness of childhood.

We also developed a brand architecture system between Guide Dogs and Blind Children UK to help establish the right brand and relationship.

The icing on the cake was the bright and original visual identity they created, which will ensure Blind Children UK stands out from the crowd
